TERMS & CONDITIONS

ü   A Dubai  tour package of your choice should be reserved 2 months prior to your date of departure. The itinerary can change accordingly and our executives will help to do it.

ü  You have to pay a full billing amount to Get Your Travels for your reserved tour in advance. Payment should be made at least one month before the departure date.

ü  After Confirmation of the trip if you need any changes according to your choice then your rate will change.

ü  Due to the weather condition, political issues or pandemic issues Get Your Travels is not responsible for anything or didn't pay for any damage.

ü  If the tour is canceled due to any reason, the customer will be subjected to a certain amount of cancellation fee. Rates are determined by the date of cancellation.

ü  The car is not provided on a disposal basis, according to the itinerary point to point basis the car service will provide.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• From Date of booking – Before 30 days: 20% cancellation charge of your total cost.
• 30 -15 Days prior to departure: 50% cancellation charge of your total cost.
• 15-10 Days prior to departure: 75% cancellation charge of your total cost.
• 0-10 Days prior to departure: 100% cancellation charge of your total cost.

ADVISORY

• We reserve the right to rearrange or change the itinerary for reasons that are beyond control like natural calamity, weather conditions, roadblocks, etc.
• Pick up timing between 5 am to 6 pm.
• Do not use alcohol or any other drugs during the tour.
